Bill Fader is a Penn State Mechanical Engineering graduate with 20 years of material handling experience. Bill started his career as a systems engineer working with customers to solve their dry bulk handling solutions. After a few years in the engineering group Bill moved to a technical sales role where he has been ever since. During his time not at work Bill enjoys his time with his wife and kids and following them to their various sporting events.

Bill Fedak has been representing Bulk Tec Equipment for over 10 years and has a strong back ground working in the plastics industry for over 20 years. Starting his career he earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from University of Akron and Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University. Utilizing his education and background he has successfully completed several projects working with material handling, processing, and continuous improvement projects. During his free time Bill enjoys spending time with his family, wood working, and completing remodeling projects with family and friends.

John Fader has 45 years of experience in material handling sales across all industries. 35 years as a manufacturer’s representative. As a manufacturer’s representative established a solid reputation for service and honesty. When not at work, John enjoys his time on the water and his time with friends and family.
